Catering Booking Policy: To book our catering services, we require a minimum of two weeks notice to ensure that we have enough time to prepare for your event. However, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time.

 

Deposit Policy: To secure your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the catering service. The remaining balance will be due 24-hours before the event.

 

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your catering service, we require a minimum of two weeks notice. Deposit is non-refundable, so cancellation of your event will lead to your deposit being forfeited. 

 

Menu Policy: We will work with you to create a personalized menu for your catering service based on your dietary preferences and restrictions. However, please note that we may need to make substitutions or changes to the menu based on ingredient availability.

 

Payment Policy: We accept payment through invoices only. Payment is due in full, 24-hours before your event. We accept bank transfers, checks, or credit cards, and will specify the payment methods in the invoice.

 

Gratuity Policy: A gratuity of 20% will be added to the total cost of the catering service to cover the cost of service and staffing.

 

Equipment and Set-up Policy: We will provide all necessary equipment and supplies for the catering service. However, if additional equipment or set-up is required, additional fees may apply.

 

Liability Policy: We are not liable for any loss or damage to property or injury to persons that may occur during the catering service.
